Duties

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from structuring through closing.
• Draft and negotiate principal transaction documents.

• Collaborate with partners and clients to provide business-focused legal advice.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience, focusing on public and private M&A.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams and supervise junior team members.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Texas.
