Duties

• Manage and close financing transactions exceeding $100 million.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, indentures, leases, and purchase agreements.
• Advise clients on document interpretation both orally and in writing.
• Engage in secured, unsecured, and guaranteed financing transactions.
• Participate in restructuring and enforcement of aviation assets.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Cape Town Convention.
• Experience in the aviation finance and leasing industry.
• Large law firm experience managing multiple clients and matters.
• Admission to the New York bar and good standing.

Education

• Strong academic background.

Certifications

• New York bar admission.

Skills
