The candidate should have 2-4 years of legal experience serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel or lender’s counsel in a wide variety of public finance transactions. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, communication, drafting and negotiating skills, a commitment to excellence and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Must be admitted to Texas Bar.
