The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in insurance and personal injury defense cases. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of insurance laws, litigation strategies, and effective advocacy skills.

Duties:

• Defend clients in insurance and personal injury defense cases throughout all stages of litigation.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations, legal research, and analysis.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance companies, and expert witnesses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in insurance and personal injury defense.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and litigation procedures.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
