Senior Enterprise Applications & Engineering Manager
The candidate will manage day-to-day tasks & workload for downstream teams of Enterprise Applications, End-User Computing, and Data Analytics & Automation. Will create and maintain a roadmap for the existing vendor application portfolio, including determining which applications to replace and/or upgrade. Lead the various engineering teams with best practices for seamless deployment, and monitoring, and incorporate analytical techniques to monitor usage. Listen, influence, assist, and guide engineers with current and future technology needs and related decisions that impact business processes. Advise on related policy, administration, and planning for all vendor-supplied software. Serve as the primary technical leader to the engineering team when upgrading, integrating, testing, and implementing tasks. Create standards and ensure best practices are followed. Must have the ability to take business requirements, as it relates to strategy, and convert them to detailed process requirements and data mappings to evaluate software purchases. Triage technical issues and provide solutions to the engineering team. Focus and lead resources on achieving the goals outlined by the IT Leadership team. Completes special projects on various technologies as needed.
