Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to copyright and IP licensing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant legal fields.
• Proven expertise in copyright, IP licensing, or tech transactions.
• Familiarity with the music, entertainment, or content industries preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
