A law firm seeks a full-time corporate attorney with over seven years of experience to join its office in either Vancouver, WA or Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and diverse practice, supporting a range of corporate legal matters.

Duties

• Support entity formation, including private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts.
• Handle private placements and credit agreements.
• Work on both large and small M&A transactions.
• Manage complex transactions and client interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of corporate legal experience.
• Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred.
• Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity required.
• Some portable book of business and client development success.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
