Duties

• Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in pre-trial and trial proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the Florida State Bar.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Pre-trial and trial experience.
• Qualification to practice in Georgia and/or Alabama preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Florida State Bar membership.
