• Utilize legal tech tools and project management platforms to track progress and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of focused experience in family law

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a case load from intake to resolution

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions

• Solid organizational and analytical skills

• Enthusiasm for teamwork and contribution to firm-wide initiatives

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina

Skills

• Proficiency in legal drafting and litigation strategy

• Familiarity with family law procedural rules and court requirements

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and clients simultaneously

• Experience with legal project management software (e.g., Smokeball preferred)
