Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters effectively.
• Draft and prepare litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Oversee discovery and participate in mediation and arbitration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and train junior associates.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of litigation experience at a large law firm.
• Admitted to practice law in New York State.
• Strong work ethic and excellent writing skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
