Job Overview:
A well-established law firm based in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a driven Litigation Associate to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial litigation matters from early stages through trial and appeals, and to develop courtroom experience alongside seasoned professionals. The role provides a pathway for long-term growth and hands-on involvement in strategic case development, motion practice, and dispute resolution.

Duties:

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Manage discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production

• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations

• Attend and argue at hearings in state and federal courts

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams on complex legal issues

• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing of all court documents

• Provide practical and strategic legal advice tailored to client goals

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with efficiency and integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active and good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
