Profile

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated litigation attorney to join our Construction Law and Admiralty & Maritime practice. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of complex insurance defense litigation experience, particularly in the area of construction law, including handling depositions, motions, and experts, and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure. Helpful experience will also include experience in Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability and/or Maritime. Candidate must be admitted to practice in South Carolina, have strong communication, research, and writing skills, and excellent work ethic and organization.
