A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Attorney in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in complex corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, sophisticated transactional work, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development, or providing outside General Counsel services to business clients.

Duties

• Handle complex corporate matters and transactions.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Oversee real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
• Provide outside General Counsel services to business clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in practice with experience in complex corporate matters, M&A, and other sophisticated transactional work, and real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
• Experience in complex corporate matters and transactions.
• Proficiency in mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience in real estate transactions.
• Ohio bar license is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
