Duties

Requirements

  • 5+ years in practice with experience in complex corporate matters, M&A, and other sophisticated transactional work, and real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
  • Experience in complex corporate matters and transactions.
  • Proficiency in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience in real estate transactions.
  • Ohio bar license is required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
