Duties

• Assist with general corporate matters for public and private companies
• Support mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions
• Advise clients including entrepreneurs, investors, and financial institutions
• Draft and review corporate documents and agreements
• Collaborate with team members on transactional matters and client needs

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of general corporate experience
• Experience working with high-growth companies preferred
• Background in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters
• Experience at a national or international law firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to obtain admission
