A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of employment law experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to understand the specifics of employment law cases.
• Provide guidance on employment policies, terminations, and workplace practices.
• Investigate claims of workplace misconduct and harassment.
• Draft and review employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-compete clauses.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court litigation.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in employment law.
