Job Description: 

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Associate Attorney with an active Arizona Bar license and a strong interest in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will support and manage litigation matters, develop legal strategies, negotiate settlements, and advocate on behalf of clients in and out of court. This role requires strong communication skills, a client service mindset, and the ability to handle multiple legal tasks efficiently. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with general legal experience looking to grow within civil litigation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal support and representation to clients across various civil matters 

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements 

• Attend court appearances, hearings, and client meetings 

• Assist senior attorneys in case strategy, research, and litigation preparation 

• Negotiate contracts, settlements, and other agreements 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding service 

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures  

Qualifications: 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 

• Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona (required) 

• Legal experience in any area; interest in civil litigation strongly preferred 

• Strong communication, research, and interpersonal skills 

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously 

• Litigation experience is a plus, but not required
