RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides real estate support and expertise in commercial purchase, sale, asset management and leasing matters. Handles and manages Day 2 portfolio and leasing transaction requests such as easements, lease amendments, assignments, SNDAs, and estoppels. Uses strong documentation drafting and trouble-shooting skills. Closes real estate transactions, including coordinating internally and with landlords, buyers, sellers and title companies. Supports real estate projects, such as development of real estate-related processes, policies, form transaction documents, and training materials. Uses strong project management skills. Manages and maintains real estate and document management databases (using internal and/or web-based systems). Conducts real estate record research and due diligence. Supports compliance with transaction approval and reporting obligations. Oversees outside law firm budgeting and invoices. Prepares correspondence to corporate and field personnel and landlord/tenant parties. Compiles data and prepares regular reports, including Excel spreadsheets. Responds to inquiries from corporate and field personnel. Coordinates with, and responds to, inquiries from outside counsel. Maintains corporate files. Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
