This position involves working closely with clients across various industries to support the growth of the business law practice.

Duties

• Advise clients on business formation, structuring, and operations, including contracts and compliance.
• Represent clients in complex business transactions, such as asset and stock sales.
• Lead negotiations and draft various contracts, including operating and management agreements.
• Support clients in real estate transactions, including lease negotiations.
• Provide strategic input on succession planning and business goals.
• Supervise associate attorneys and foster a positive team culture.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's reputation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• 7+ years of experience in business or corporate law.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
• Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Experience supervising or mentoring attorneys.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
