Duties

• Lead and grow your practice by leveraging existing business and firm resources.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key clients.
• Handle complex Workers' Compensation defense matters from investigation through resolution.
• Develop new client relationships through networking and industry events.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop associate attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• A portable book of business with established client relationships.
• Proven track record of business development and client retention.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing attorneys and staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
