The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of transactional experience in corporate or commercial contracts and/or commercial real estate leasing, and must be licensed to practice in South Carolina.

Duties

• Engage in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, and service agreements.
• Handle commercial real estate leasing transactions for industrial, warehouse, office, and retail spaces.
• Prepare general corporate documents, such as formation documents and operating agreements.
• Maintain organized records with strong attention to detail.
• Interact comfortably with clients to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant transactional experience.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Strong academic background.
• Demonstrated business development potential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in South Carolina.
