Duties

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously as part of a defense litigation team.
• Conduct and attend depositions for various defendants.
• Draft client reports, motions, pretrial disclosures, and other legal documents.
• Argue motions and attend conferences before New York Judges and the Special Master.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with asbestos and general liability insurance is essential.
• Familiarity with toxic torts, construction, and premises liability is advantageous.
• Strong communication, writing, and research skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in New York.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
