A law firm seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Finance team within the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group in Charlotte, NC.

Duties

• Document, negotiate, and close secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions.
• Conduct due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Manage large commercial lending transactions from inception through post-closing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of finance experience, with a preference for commercial real estate finance.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for immediate licensure.
