• Analyze and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC disclosures.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and departments to address client needs effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission via waiver.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law.
• Demonstrated experience working on corporate transactions and financial restructurings.
• Strong understanding of securities laws related to executive compensation, particularly SEC disclosure requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission via waiver.
