Duties

• Provide legal counsel across a broad range of civil litigation matters

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy

• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and trials

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to manage case files

• Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders

• Assist in marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan

• Two years of experience is preferred

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Michigan for court-related matters

• Strong commitment to ethical legal practice and professional growth

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Michigan State Bar membership (required)
