Pro Tempore Faculty

The candidate will teach in the area of corporate law. Should have practice and teaching experience in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, cross-cultural conflict resolution, environmental conflict resolution, international conflict resolution, facilitation, marriage and family mediation, sports conflict, restorative justice and, organizational conflict resolution. A J.D. degree is required for candidates interested in teaching J.D. law courses. Teach undergraduate courses in the Legal Studies program or graduate courses for the Conflict and Dispute Resolution program, a Masters degree is required; a Ph.D. or J.D. degree are preferred. Must have proven ability in their fields of expertise. Proven teaching effectiveness will receive high priority in filling these positions. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a graduate degree.

Note: Pro tem positions may be limited duration, one, or multiple terms/semesters and are potentially renewable based on curriculum needs, funding and performance. Visiting professor positions are limited duration for up to two years.

Duration: 9 Months.
