The role focuses on enhancing the delivery of legal services in the Finance business units through innovative practices involving people, process, and technology.

Duties

• Lead efforts to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies in Finance business units.
• Develop and maintain precedent libraries and organize deal documents.
• Collaborate with the Research & Information team to integrate practice content into workflows.
• Coordinate projects to improve client-facing solutions and streamline legal services.
• Support the firm's data strategy and digitalization efforts.
• Oversee the development of training curriculum and knowledge sharing.
• Integrate AI and technology to enhance service delivery.
• Evaluate legal service delivery through data analysis and market trends.
• Educate legal professionals on practice content and technology initiatives.
• Develop case studies and resources for business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a Finance attorney in a large law firm.
• Strong communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Education
