Location:

• Hillsboro, OR

Duties:

• Draft and revise legal pleadings and documents

• Prepare and send demand letters; negotiate settlements

• Manage assigned cases from initiation through resolution

• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Appear in court for hearings as needed

• Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Oregon

• Strong interest in litigation and client advocacy

• Self-motivated, with the ability to learn quickly and manage cases independently

• Willingness to invest time and effort to grow within the firm

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Oregon State Bar license (required)

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
