Administrative Assistant
The candidate will function as the "right-hand person" to the managing partners including but not limited to managing their daily calendar, organizing, and preparing for meetings and strategy sessions. Attend meetings and strategy sessions with the managing partner, record action items, assist in completing and coordinating the same. Run point on business and personal partner travel, conference attendance and sponsorship. Coordinate internal management meetings and mentorship program. Work alongside managing partner on a wide range of additional initiatives and projects as needed and directed. Capable of developing systems and procedures with little oversight. Willingness to ask question and get "hands dirty". Comfortable taking ownership and proposing unique solutions. Team player looking to be a part of something great. Willing and able to work full time in our Garden City office. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
