Duties

• Engage in client interaction and consultations.
• Develop strategic plans to represent clients effectively.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Track and meet critical case deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and evaluation.
• Prepare for and take depositions.
• Support trial preparation and in-court proceedings.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including contested hearings and trials.
• Travel for court appearances, depositions, and trials both in-state and out-of-state.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and negotiation.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-stress environments with professionalism and poise.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
