Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate law, including transactional and litigation matters.
  • Proven experience in business litigation with expertise in contract law.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
