Duties

• Manage a full family law caseload, including divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies from intake through resolution.
• Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support.
• Mentor junior associates if desired.

Requirements

• 3+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Strong case management and client advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
