Location:

Duties:

• Draft legal documents including memoranda, pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements

• Handle correspondence and prepare court filings

• Support litigation matters in construction and real estate law

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or completion of a judicial clerkship

• Familiarity with South Carolina state court procedures

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active South Carolina Bar License
