• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to document case details and track time.
• Experience with Mac computers preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Member in Good Standing with State Bar of Georgia.
