Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients throughout all phases of workers’ compensation claims

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement proposals

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and negotiations

• Collaborate with legal staff to collect evidence and prepare case documentation

• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in workers' compensation law

• Demonstrated interest in civil litigation, especially personal injury cases

• Ability to manage a growing caseload and meet court deadlines

• Strong commitment to legal ethics and professional responsibility

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Skilled in negotiation and case strategy
