Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join its growing litigation practice group. This role is available in either the Madison or Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and a strong aptitude for business development. Location:

• Madison, WI

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload, providing litigation support from case inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy and client management
• Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Aptitude for business development and client relationship management
• Experience in courtroom representation and legal document preparation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in Wisconsin

Skills:
