Duties:

• Assess personal injury cases and assist in the client intake process.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Serve as lead counsel, developing case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Counsel clients throughout the legal process and maintain open communication.
• Participate in professional development, in-house training, and networking within the legal community.
• Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual performance and financial goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle multiple cases independently.
• Strong trial, mediation, and arbitration experience.
• Excellent persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and client advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
