Location

• Los Angeles, California

Duties

• Draft and file complaints in personal injury matters

• Prepare, propound, and respond to written discovery

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, oppositions, and legal memoranda

• Appear in court for case management conferences, law and motion hearings, and other appearances

• Review and analyze medical records and billing

• Maintain client files and update case management systems

• Work closely with supervising attorneys on case strategy and litigation preparation

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (active and in good standing)

• Familiarity with California Code of Civil Procedure and litigation process

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation

• Willingness to appear in court and work closely with clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar (required)

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
