Duties:

• Develop legal strategies and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on challenging legal issues.
• Support the General Counsel with various litigation and related legal matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of appellate experience, or at least 5 years of litigation experience with a strong interest in appellate issues.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and caseloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, diligence, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar membership required.

• Expertise in appellate law or a demonstrated interest in appellate issues.
