Duties

• Defend and litigate employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract disputes.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and before administrative agencies.

• Provide legal counsel to employers on workplace policies, compliance, and risk management.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law matters.

• Participate in settlement negotiations and client strategy development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of employment or commercial litigation experience.

• Strong background in employment law preferred.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
