Duties:

• Handle case management from intake through resolution

• Conduct and defend depositions with confidence

• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

• Present arguments in court and manage oral advocacy tasks

• Perform in-depth legal research and prepare supporting memoranda

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to align litigation strategies

• Maintain organized case files and meet procedural deadlines

• Work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic legal team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience

• Previous exposure to insurance defense litigation is advantageous

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the State of Utah

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
