Litigation Associate
The candidate ‘must have 4 to 7 years of law firm experience to join business litigation practice. Should have experience in sophisticated business litigation matters and significant experience with legal research, drafting dispositive motions and other legal memoranda, and knowledge of federal and state court practice. Strong case management skills and the ability to work independently on matters is required, as is trial experience and/or experience taking or defending depositions. Experience with intellectual property, especially copyright and trademark, securities, and financial litigation matters is preferred. Federal clerkship experience is desirable. Top academic credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal skills are required. Although the DC or Connecticut offices are preferred, we are flexible about location and will consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
