Requirements

• Significant PTAB experience, including IPR petitions and defenses.
• Technical background in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or electrical engineering.
• Strong academic credentials and large law firm or top boutique experience.
• Demonstrable research and writing skills.
• Ability to build client and peer relationships in a team-oriented culture.
• A book of business is required ($175,000+).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
