Job Overview: A well-established law firm located in Peachtree Corners, GA, is currently seeking a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney to join its thriving litigation team. Duties:

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including pre-lawsuit investigations, case analysis, depositions, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed, under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates and legal advice as necessary
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective project-management and time-management skills
• High level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Comfortable with client interaction and maintaining professional relationships

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy skills
• Proficient with legal software and case management tools
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and colleagues
