Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid fraud and FCA claims.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
