Office Services Clerk
The candidate will be responsible for mail sorting and delivery, pick-up and delivery of documents to courts and state agencies as well as other business-related errands, set up and clean-up of meeting rooms, stocking and cleanup of kitchen areas, document copying, maintenance of supply inventory, back up the receptionist and special projects as assigned. Should be highly motivated with a strong ability to multi-task and be well organized in a fast-paced environment. Must have a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience, preferably within a law firm environment. Should have a working knowledge of MS Outlook.
