Duties

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Conduct health care regulatory due diligence and advise on compliance.
• Support private equity sponsors and health care services entities.
• Advise on sale transactions and corporate structuring.
• Assist in developing provider-affiliated group practices.

Requirements

• Eight to ten years of relevant experience in health care transactions.
• Experience with health care compliance and fraud matters preferred.
• Strong understanding of health care regulations and industry trends.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Skills
