Contracts Attorney
The candidate should have experience managing a broad range of enterprise agreements and contracts, including technology services, software licensing, and SaaS agreements. Will work primarily with sales team along with product, marketing, engineering, communications, customer support, and client relations teams, and will be required to assist in a wide range of subject matters. This position requires using a combination of business acumen, technical knowledge, and legal skills, and as such, an aptitude for business is required and will be further developed on the job. Work within the PPM Legal Department to help, draft, review, revise, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, enterprise contracts, software and SaaS, supplier contracts and related support and services agreements and data protection agreements; along with any amendments required to the agreements listed above. Review and negotiate routine sales and supplier contracts. Review and respond to request for proposals. Act as a trusted legal advisor as part of the business teams' efforts to establish, evaluate, and expand business relationships. Provide business teams with day-to-day legal perspective and guidance, as well as risk assessment and mitigation. Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of legal strategies and processes. Provide advice and support directly to business leads and technical specialists on a range of legal and business issues. Support various projects such as, but not limited to: improve contract templates, provide internal training, maintain/organize contract repository. Advise on the structure of legal agreements with internal stakeholder teams, including sales, business operations, legal, and finance. Collaborate with sales, finance, business operations, and product teams regarding contract reviews and related processes. Respond to inquiries on contract interpretation. Provide general legal support to internal stakeholder team.
