Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to manage case files and maintain client relationships.
• Attend and participate in case strategy meetings and trial preparations.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide effective legal counsel.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, and trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial and business litigation.
• A valid California Bar License.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar License.
