This role focuses on personal injury cases, requiring strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills. The position involves working closely with clients, medical professionals, and legal experts to ensure optimal case outcomes.

Duties:

• Oversee medical evaluations and case management to determine claim value.

• Negotiate settlements effectively while collaborating with subject matter experts.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure they are informed throughout the case process.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to case managers and legal support staff.

• Assist firm leadership in strategizing for high-value or complex cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases.

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

• South Carolina Bar membership is a plus.

• Strong research, writing, and negotiation abilities.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in legal software and case management tools.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the North Carolina Bar Association.

Certifications:

• North Carolina State Bar License (Required).

• South Carolina Bar License (Preferred).

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury law and pre-litigation processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency with case management software (experience with Needles Neos is a plus).

• Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
