Duties

• Review and summarize documents for due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare and review deeds and real property transfer documents.
• Review and prepare various contracts.

Requirements

• Two to six years of experience in corporate, commercial, or credit union sectors preferred.
• Proficient in meeting deadlines under time pressure.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and client focus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.
• Admission to the Virginia Bar.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Virginia.
• Meet continuing licensure requirements; in-house CLE opportunities available.
